จ้างทำข้อสอบมหาวิทยาลัย การศึกษาไทยล้มเหลวหนัก คนรวย ไม่ต้องเข้าเรียน

เกิดอะไรขึ้นกับการศึกษาของไทย หรือกำลังวิกฤติหนัก เมื่อแฮชแท็ก #รับทำข้อสอบมหาลัย ผุดขึ้นมาเป็นเทรนด์ยอดนิยมในทวิตเตอร์อีกครั้ง อาจเป็นอาชีพที่สร้างรายได้ให้กับคนบางกลุ่ม ในการแก้ปัญหาแบบง่ายๆ อย่างไม่ถูกต้อง ให้กับเด็กนักศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกับการรับจ้างทำการบ้านที่มีมายาวนาน เพื่อแลกค่าตอบแทน

แต่การรับจ้างทำข้อสอบมหาวิทยาลัย มีความผิดตาม พ.ร.บ.การอุดมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2562 มาตรา 77 กำหนดไว้ว่า ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนจ้างวานใช้ให้ผู้อื่นทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ไม่ว่าจะมีประโยชน์ตอบแทนหรือไม่ก็ตาม ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 3 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 6 หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

ตกลงว่าระบบการศึกษาไทยล้มเหลว หรือเกิดจากที่ตัวเด็กนักศึกษา นำไปสู่การจ้างสอบในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งต้นตอที่เกิดขึ้น “ดร.สิทธิพร เอี่ยมเสน” คณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต มองว่า การสร้างคนของระบบการศึกษาไทย สร้างผิดมาตลอด ไม่ได้สร้างจิตสำนึกของคน ทั้งความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และการทำประโยชน์ให้กับสังคม ยิ่งในยุคนี้มีการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ทำให้ครูและเด็ก ไม่ได้สัมพันธ์กันเหมือนการเรียนในห้องเรียน

“อย่างผู้สมัครผู้ว่าฯ กทม. บางคน หาเสียงด้านการศึกษาไปไกลมาก จะต้องต่อสู้กับสหรัฐฯ ให้ได้ เป็นการต่อสู้แข่งขัน ต้องชนะให้ได้ ทั้งๆ ที่ครู สอนให้เด็กเป็นคนดีได้ ด้วยการสร้างจิตสำนึก แต่ในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ไม่มีการสอนในเรื่องเหล่านี้ มีแต่หาความก้าวหน้าทางตำแหน่งวิชาการ ไม่ได้สร้างคนให้มีคุณภาพ ที่ไม่ใช่แต่เรื่องความรู้เท่านั้น ต้องเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีในเรื่องคุณธรรม กลายเป็นว่าอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเรียนจบมา ไม่ได้รับใช้สังคม แต่ทำเพื่อให้ตัวเองร่ำรวยขึ้น และให้ได้ตำแหน่งวิชาการ”

ที่ผ่านมายอมรับต่อต้านในเรื่องนี้ เพราะสถาบันอุดมศึกษาประเมินแต่ผลงานทางวิชาการเท่านั้น แต่ถ้าประเมินความเอาใจใส่นักศึกษา การรับจ้างสอบคงไม่เกิดขึ้น และเคยมีคนดังในสังคมส่งเลขาฯ ไปเรียนแทน เพื่อจะได้เป็นด็อกเตอร์ จนสังคมไทยไม่มีคุณภาพและคนขาดจิตสำนึก

หรืองานวิจัย มีการทำหัวข้อคล้ายๆ กัน กลายเป็นวิจัยโหล สะท้อนให้เห็นความล้มเหลวของระบบการศึกษาไทย และระบบการประเมินผลของมหาวิทยาลัย ที่คนมีเงินจ้างคนเก่งที่ไม่มีเงินเรียนแทน ไม่ต้องเข้าเรียนก็ได้ จนคนที่จบด็อกเตอร์สมัยนี้ ไม่รู้อะไร ทั้งๆ ที่คนคาดหวังว่าคนจบปริญญาเอก ต้องมีความรู้มาก

“ไม่ใช่ทำอะไรไม่ได้เลย พูดภาษาก็ไม่ได้ คิดไม่เป็น จนเป็นสิ่งที่น่าอาย แตกต่างกับต่างประเทศคนมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและมีความตระหนักที่ดีกว่า แต่คนไทยมีคนขี้โกงสูง อาจเพราะกฎหมายบ้านเมืองไม่เข้มแข็ง ทำให้เกิดสิ่งเหล่านี้ คนมีเงินเสียงดังกว่าทำอะไรก็ได้ จะเรื่องทุจริตหรือโกง โดยไม่มีจิตสำนึกหรือคุณธรรม”

ทั้งๆ ที่ปรัชญาการศึกษา เป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญมากในการสอนคนให้เป็นคนดี มีความรู้อ่านออกเขียนได้ คิดเลขเป็น ไม่ใช่สร้างคนแบบผิดๆ ทำให้มีหลายคนกระโดดจากระบบการศึกษาที่โฟกัสผิดจุดมานาน ทั้งครูอาจารย์ หวังจะก้าวหน้าเพียงอย่างเดียว

หรือแม้ พ.ร.บ.การศึกษาฯ และหลักสูตรจะเขียนมาดี แต่มีการเอามาใช้ผิด จนทำให้ผลผลิตที่ออกมาใช้ไม่ได้ ไม่เป็นไปตามเป้า กลายเป็นความล้มเหลว สร้างคนให้ผิดเพี้ยนไปหมด จนไม่มีจิตสำนึก ขาดความผิดชอบต่อสังคม ทั้งคนจ้างและคนรับจ้างสอบ จากช่องโหว่ในการประเมินผลในระดับอุดมศึกษาของไทย.
